However, visiting mountain gorillas in Uganda has got two major routes. One may go through Kigali in Rwanda to proceed to Uganda or come straight via Entebbe International Airport. There are scheduled or chartered flights to the gorilla parks and other major tourist destinations in Uganda.  Or else, you may choose to go by road to the gorilla habitats and return by the same transport means.

In case you are coming to Uganda from the neighbouring countries like South Sudan, Congo, Tanzania and Kenya, you may choose to come by air or a bus to Kampala from where our tour guide would pick you up. In case you are coming from Tanzania via Mutukula or Congo, our guide may meet you at Masaka town or Kisoro to transfer to the gorilla national parks. To come to Uganda to see gorillas, you need to read about the best time to trek gorillas. Once you choose the ideal time for your holiday, then you go ahead to book the permit.
