3 Days Murchison Falls Safari

Uganda safari to Murchison Falls National park is pretty pleasurable. Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s biggest National Park measures approximately 3,840 square kilometers, an equivalent of 1,480 square miles. Murchison falls is a portion of the 5,308 sq kms or say 2,049 square miles that make up the bigger Murchison Falls Conservation Area. Murchison Falls National Park is found in Masindi District in in western Uganda plus Amuru in the north of Uganda. Murchison Falls national park is a habitat to a several African wild faunas comprising Water buffaloes, elephants, Crocodiles, Lions, Leopards, Hippopotamuses, Antelopes, Giraffe, Uganda Kobs, Oribi and many more. The Nile River, running through park, is a home-base to a diversity of water birds, containing the scarce Shoe bill stork.

Uganda Tour and Safari to Murchison Falls National Park

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

Leave Kampala in the morning Murchison falls national park. Along the way, you will stop for Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Ranch found in Nakasongola District. After a thrilling tracking of rhinos, you will have lunch and continue then after with the journey to the park where you will arrive in the evening. Take dinner and enjoy an overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge or Sambiya Lodge.

DAY 02: Enjoy a Game Drive in the park and a launch Cruise

This day is the climax of this amazing Uganda Safari at Murchison Falls National Park. You will take a morning game drive in the vast park, Expect to see animals like the lions, giraffes, elephants and many more.  After lunch in the afternoon, you will go for a launch /boat cruise on the Nile waters and you will sport several birds and animals plus the sighting of an amazing nature. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3: Drive to Kampala

On this day, you will set off for Kampala after a delicious breakfast. But you will briefly visit the Top of the Falls before proceeding to Kampala. You will have lunch enroute. Arrive in the Kampala in the afternoon, marking the end of your Uganda safari to Murchison Falls National Park. The Safari Ends.
