Day 1: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park

Begin your adventure with an early morning departure to Murchison Falls National Park with an introductory Uganda trekking adventure at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary on the way. Lunch in Masindi and proceed to the park. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive, Launch Trip

This morning, explore the exhilarating beauty of the park by taking a game-drive in the famous Nyamsika plateau located on the North bank of the park. Break for Lunch and then take an afternoon 3-hour launch cruise to the bottom of the falls. Tourist actvities in Murchison Falls are amaong the major Safaris in Uganda enjoyed by visitors in the vast park. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest

After breakfast take a long ride over hills, down valleys, through villages and trading centers with lunch en-route to Kibale Forest (7-hours’ drive). Overnight at Primates Lodge Kibale.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale 

Chimpanzee trekking UgandaEarly morning chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest that is arguably Africa’s largest surviving hardwood forest. The forest is a home to 13 primate species, birds and many other forest animal species. Have lunch and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Then take a Swamp Walk through the Bigodi Conservation Area for an occasion to explore the rich Swamp Flora & Fauna. Overnight at Primates Lodge Kibale.

Day 5: Move to Queen Elizerbeth Natoinal Park

Breakfast, take a 3hr picturesque ride to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Kasese Area famous for the great Rwenzori Mountains and the crater lakes. Take lunch and relaxation at the Lodge and later take a sun-set game-drive to end the day in an adventurous style. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 6: Game Drive and Launch Trip on the Nile 

An early morning game-drive with informative Ranger guide who will create an avenue for you to see more wild animals as he/she leads you to the various habitats of game. Lunch at the Lodge and later in the afternoon take a boat-ride on Kazinga Channel to see both Semi & Aquatic animals that call the channel their livelihood. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 7: Isasha Sector and Transfer To Bwindi Forest 

Breakfast, ride to the Ishasha section of Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will see the famous tree climbing lions plus other animal species. After lunch, take a brief tour of Kyambura Section of Queen Elizabeth  which has  many animals and plant species. Then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (2 hrs drive). Overnight at Buhoma community Bandas or Mahogany Springs.

Day 8: Bwindi Gorilla Tracking

Today is the long awaited day!! Early morning preparations for the activity, with packed lunch, attend briefing by the Ranger-guide, get hold of a walking stick and follow the Ranger to the Sanctuary. Maximum time allowed with the fascinating Gorillas is 1 hour. Overnight at Buhoma community Bandas or Mahogany Springs.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, take an afternoon/evening Boat Cruise

Breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park (6 hrs): After lunch in Mbarara Town, go for an afternoon boat-cruise and if time allows, do a short evening game-drive. Overnight at Mantana Tented Camp, Mihingo Lodge or Rwonyo Camp.

Day 10: Drive Back To Kampala

Guided by an armed Ranger, take safari walk and then an en-route game-drive as you exit the park: Transfer to Kampala.
