10 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda, Wildlife Tours
Gorilla Safari Uganda and Wildlife Tour for 10 days includes tour of Lake Mburo National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kibale National Park.
Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
When you arrive in Uganda, you will be picked from Entebbe airport and transfer to Kampala for overnight at Cassia Lodge or City Blue Hotels.
Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo, do a Boat Ride and a Boat Cruise
Have breakfast and drive to Lake Mburo National Park in western Uganda. Make a stop at the Uganda Equator before proceeding to the park where you will arrive in the afternoon. After lunch at the lodge, you will take a boat ride in the afternoon plus a game drive ion the evening. Expect to see animals like the leopards, zebras, impalas, elands, topis, oribi, cape buffaloes antelopes, hyenas an many more. Overnight at Rwakobo Rock Hotel or Lake Mburo Safaroi Lodge.
Day 3: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After breakfast, start driving to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, the wild home to Uganda mountain gorillas. Arrive in the afternoon. Overnight stay at Silverback Lodge or Buhoma Community Bandas
Day 4: Enjoy Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, transfer to the briefing point for briefing. You will enjoy Uganda gorilla safari in Bwindi Forest and then return to the lodge in the afternoon. Overnight stay and dinner at the lodge.
DAY 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Take breakfast and start a journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park you will pass Ishasha sector, renowned for amazing tree-climbing lions. Queen Elizabeth National Park has around 100 mammal species and about 606 bird species. This makes its very ideal for doing Uganda safaris and tours. Overnight Mweya safari Lodge or Enganzi Lodge.
DAY 6: Game drive safari and Kazinga Channel boat cruise
This day is for two activities only, an early morning game drive in the park and an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Overnight Mweya safari Lodge or Enganzi Lodge.
DAY 7: Depart for Kibale Forest National Park
Have a morning game drive safari in the park and leave after breakfast for Kibale National Park. Kibale is a home for the biggest number of chimpanzees in Uganda. Overnight stay at Ndali Safari Lodge, Primates Lodge, Fort Motel.
Day 8: Chimpanzee Safari, Birding and Nature walk.
In the morning after breakfast, you will go for a Uganda chimpanzee safari in Kibale Forest. You will later have lunch and use the afternoon and evening time for a nature walk in Bigodi Swamp. You will spot several bird species and some primates. Stay overnight at Ndali Safari Lodge, Primates Lodge, Fort Motel.
Day 9: Transfer to Kampala
Wake up late, take breakfast and embark on the journey to Kampala. Lunch enroute and arrive in Kampala in the afternoon. Overnight at Speke Hotel, Cassia Lodge or City Blue Hotels.
Day 10: Entebbe Airport Transfer
Three hours to your flight, you will check out of the hotel and be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your flight, marking the end of the Uganda gorillas and wildlife safaris.
